OnMyWay is a cloud-based system that allows customers of companies that have their own delivery service to track them on a map.
Designed to optimize the work of couriers and managers/logisticians.
The system will help to reduce the number of calls from customers with questions: "Where is my courier?", reducing the load on the contact center, reduce the number of negative reviews and increase the number of positive feedbacks from customers to companies.
Income is planned from payment by companies for the number of stops in the routes.
